COMPLETE SET-UP SYSTEM FOR PRODUCTION OF NEW TYRES

Our plant is based on production of tyres with sizes 15/195 , 16/750 , 16/60/205 , 15/10 , 24/1200 , 20/1100 , 24/1400 , 20/20 for total of 8 models , besides with annual production of 350,000 tyres for global annual production of 2,800,000 tyres .

Our technical feasibility project study is for a complete plan with global modular integrated robotised system , its have a limited work in progress and of optimized from modularity of robots and logistic .

The unit island / area is composed from 8 robots with " presses mould machine " (.sample - 2 -.) , they are planned with special steeps ( update system " SW " equipment [ sample - 3 - ] ) .
