This is a description of system that is able to perform 2500 kg/h. of rubber SBR/NR crumbs (.from recycled post-consumption tyres.), and produce an average quantity of 1800 kg./hour of :
- granules with a maximum dimension of 20 mm. , partially deferrizated , to be used as a fuel ;
- granules with size from 1 to 5 mm. , without metals, cioth, cords, or other foreign bodyes , to
- produce conglomerates , technical items , floorings , bitumens , insulations , etc. ... ;
- and 10% , of powder with size from o to 1 mm., to be used in mixtures with new rubbers .
The system is conceived to conciliate costs, profitability, industrial organization, space reduction and easy management ; the concepts placed in a base of our plants are as follow :
- to perform all the transformations through purely mechanical actions ;
- to use simple machinery tools designed for reliability, ease of operation and low consumption;
- to avoid environmental pollution ;
- to install the plant in a limited space .

With above indicated concepts, our the machinery have the following principal characteristics :
- solid mechanical structures ,
- very low rotatory regimes ,
- absence of polluting residues ,
- reduced necessity of ordinary maintenance ;
- low rate of mechanical wear of the shredders , granulators and grinders blades ,
- low consumption rate of energy .
The constructive and technological characteristics of the plant allow its operation on 3 turns , obviously respecting the instructions of the ordinary maintenance.

Our engineering system (know-how) is integrally projected and built according to the most rigid current rules and has anx E. C. mark ; xin particular , in standardx working conditions , are fully respected the limits of output into the atmosphere and those relative to noise - pollution ; also ,
it is not expected the drainage of industrial waters .
